NorthSide Aquatics will schedule times that are convenient for you.
We don’t rush our work - we take the time to do it right.

Routine Replacement
We also keep an equipment replacement schedule for your aquarium or pond to help you stay current with things such as heater or UV bulb replacements.  This schedule helps you avoid major tank upset by unexpectedly having to replace broken equipment.

Top-off / Make-up Water
For our saltwater maintenance customers, we also ensure that there is always a supply of 99.995% lab grade, pure reverse osmosis / de-ionized water to replace the water lost to evaporation.
We can even automate the water replacement process.

Consultation Service

Some people don't require our help all of the time.  All they need is someone to look over what they have and point them in the right direction.  We can do that, too!

Whether it's looking at a pond at the house you just bought or trying to figure out what isn't quite right on your reef aquarium, we can come and have a look and give you some pointers.

Feel strange about having "some guy" you don't know come into your home?

If you are a woman who would feel more comfortable with having another female as the maintenance tech for security reasons, please let us know.   In many cases this can be arranged.  If the service person who specializes in your particular issue is a man, generally we can arrange to have a female maintenance tech present.  Many single moms and widowed women have told us that it made a difference in their experience because they were not anxious about having a woman or a couple as their maintenance team.
